In my life other than family members , outside interference is more.

It has been 12 years for my period I am experiencing pain since my first period but for 2 days and now pain starts almost before 6-8 days and stays almost for 10-12 days I always need to take painkillers on the day of period I take 2-3 medicine otherwise I could not follow my normal routine My menstrual cycle is irregular sometimes I missed my period for 1-2 month It has disturbed my normal in every month I could not do work for 2-3 days and suffer pain for almost half month What should I do?
